More on priorities

So, I’ve added my priority fields as a special set of keywords (I know
this may limit further customisation with the way I want to use it, but
I’m just trying to get this working)

Now what I’d like to do is the following :

  1. Add the priority keyword (‘severity’) box to the selfservice create
    ticket interface
  2. Have the ticket creation insert that keyword in a sensible location
  3. Have the onsubmit (is that right?) scrip execute code according to the
    submitted priority

Is this doable… am I smoking crack here and barking up the wrong tree
completely ?

Any help or pointers to good customising RT documentation is greatly
appreciated.

Cheers,

Al

I too am interested in priorities.
Right now I’m still figuring out the simple basics of rt3 (after its
installed).

But please do let me how it turns out if you manage to get it started.----- Original Message -----
