When I try to delete an RTFM ticket, RT 3.6.0pre1 with RTFM 2.2.0RC1 says “Article deleted”, but the article doesn’t go away.
I finally found the rt.xxxxxx.com_error log, and an excerpt appears below (sanitized for your protection). The entire log is too big for the list (I tried!). Ideas? If the answer is “Upgrade”, I can probably do that; have been dithering waiting for 3.6.0official.
