More intelligent multipart messages handling

Rt2 doesn’t seem to do a very good job at “guessing” what part of a
multipart message is actually the emailer’s text. As a result, anything
which needs that text such as a status update email or a quoted reply
through the web ui doesn’t actually contain the emailer’s text.

Has this been discussed? I think this needs to be looked at, although I
am very aware of the pain-in-the-butt this can be program-wise…
