For incoming email we do need to have some more functions:
- If sender is a known user > Try to guess the topic from Header or body> Route to queue
- if sender is unknown > Create user in special group > Try to guess the topic from Header or body> Route to queue
Has anyone used an alternativ to the Email Gatewy?
Has anyone used something like natural language processing (NLP) for analysing the Emails in conjunction with RT?
