I’m not understanding how to use this.
My interpretation from reading the module: I manually create my extension directory and then create the Makefile in there and run it. Is that right?
How do I use this?
Put it in Makefile.PL. Then run it with perl Makefile.PL The doc has the instructions in the #EXAMPLES section:
