Modify Global Group/User doesn't show or find users

We have installed IRR 4.4.2 and RTIR 4.0.0. We are using LDAP for ExternalAuth/Info authentication. After installation, the default group DutyTeam was there. We created two other groups and added users to them. However, none of the groups/users show up in the Modify Global User/Group except root and DutyTeam.

I dont use ITIR, but I assume the groups will be similar to those in RT itself. Have you checked the groups are “Enabled” in their Basics?
