I supervise incident handling in several company branches.
For this purpose I need to create a constituency so that users can only see incidents from their constituency.
I created a constituency using a script:
/opt/rt5/local/plugins/RT-IR/bin/add_constituency --name Ganymede --verbose
Let’s see how it works.
I entered the Incident Report into the new RTIR queue “Incident Report – Ganymede”.
For this Incident Report I clicked create new incident and selected the “Incident – Ganymede” queue for Incident.
The incident was registered.
Unfortunately, the Incident Reports, Countermeasures, Investigations fields are not displayed for this incident.
When an incident is created in the “Incidents” queue then these fields are displayed.
What do I need to do so that in the queue designated for handling Ganymede incidents, incidents are also linked to Incident Reports, Countermeasures, Investigations?
We dont use RTIR, but are these custom fields and if so are they assigned to the queue?
These Incident Reports, Countermeasures, Investigations fields are not visible where all other “custom fileds” are.
I did not find anywhere in the RTIR configuration where I could change the access permissions for these fields.
