the mailer.

No_permission_to_create_tickets_in_the_queue_‘general’.qmail-inject:_fatal:
_unable_to_parse_this_line:/From:_RT::CorrespondAddress.not.set/Create_failed:

Hello Mathew,

:_RT::CorrespondAddress.not.set
is listed in your error message, its in etc/config.pm

Also make sure you correctly configured rights in the web interface

Hi,

This really sounds like you just havent got granted the right
"CreateTicket" to everyone for your general queue. You will probably also
want “ReplyToTicket” for everyone as well, otherwise they wont be able too
:slight_smile:

Mat.

Yes. thanks to those that answered.

This was the case. the queues did not have create privs. I added those
in, and now I am ready to move from rt1 to rt2.

You have to give the qmail-inject user the permission to create and
comment and reply to tickets.
The easiest way to do this is to give the group ‘EVERYONE’ permission to :

CreateTicket
SeeQueue
CommentOnTicket
ReplyToTicket
