Hello I recently spun up the latest version of RT on AWS using the AMI. I was able to copy over my RT_Siteconfig and Apache config to use ssl and are able to get to the log in screen.
I followed the instructions to backup and restore the database. But I am missing the info to manually upgrade the data base to the new schema. I tried downloading the latest install and running the upgrade there but it is using the “admin” user rather than the “root” user.
Any help with migrating from 4.4 to an existing version 5 will be appreciated.
