Microsoft SQL Server Support?

Does anyone know if there is currently a working implementation for
Microsoft SQL Server support? If not, is there a projected date for this
feature to be available? I would like to use RT at my company, but they say
no unless it will use SQL Server as the backend.

There isn’t currently support in RT for MS SQL server and we’re
unlikely to develop such functionality, except as a customer-sponsored
project.
