I make a queue, with a big ticket, that mean, it have 30 customFields.
The problem is the layout.
Is there a way to make my won layout ( custom Fields position in the ticket page, size, color etc…)?
I think you can override style sheets the same way as other files within
RT? If not, you’ll be hacking CSS styles anyway.
