Maybe I missed a binch of the config so I may just need to be pointed in
the correct direction here…
Is it possible to email request to RT? Will create the ticket by
itself? If so, how do I make this happen? Do I need to create an 'rt’
users on the linux box? Is there a config file I alter to tell RT which
user email to watch?
