My aliases entry is
rt: “|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue test --action correspond --url
http://iwapps4.iwapps.com/”
I have also tried localhost in the url entry
So, what happens when you point your web browser at
http://iwapps4.iwapps.com/ ?
That works fine

Put an entry in your /etc/hosts with the IP Address (Local address if you use
NAT) where your RT is binded.

Maybe I didn’t explain myself very—sorry.
The problem I’m having is with the email interface. I’m able to use the
web interface just fine. But when I used the email gateway I get:

This fix solved a very similar problem with my current RT installation.
The problem arise from Apache virtual server configuration:
rt-mailgate try to reach the web server via wron address (127.0.0.1)
because the hosts file was broken.
