Mail to sales@bestpractical.com bouncing?

I clicked on the Sales link on the Contact page at bestpractical.com
(http://www.bestpractical.com/contact.html), sent an email, and it was
bounced (twice) with this message: “Unable to reach destination or
recipient is invalid”.

I report this in case it’s a real problem.

That’s quite strange. Thanks very much for bringing it to our attention,
but I’m not actually able to duplicate the issue. If you send mail
directly to sales@bestpractical.com do you see the same issue? In any
event, feel free to contact me personally off list and I’ll make sure
that your message gets to the right place.

recovering from an emergency for months now.

And actually, it’s still the temporary server. The new permanent box
is now in the colo rack and we’re in the process of the transition to
the new box.

I sent an email, and it was

I’m not actually able to duplicate the issue.

Just to allay suspicions, the problem was apparently with my mail
server. I successfully tried another one.
