Mail not sent to "non-standard" address

Hi,

We are using RT 2 and are having a problem with correspondence not being
sent to one particular user. The user has a “non-standard” e-mail
address of the form "user@sita.aero". Is there any reason why rt would
fail to send mail to an address of that form? We are able to send mail
to the user outside of request tracker with no problems.

Thanks for any help!

On what basis do you say this is “non-standard”?

Check your RT logs, and your mail logs.

Sorry, when I say non-standard, I mean that I haven’t seen it in common
use.
