I’ve broke something, but I’m not sure what. Running rt 1.3.97,
DBI-seachbuilder .38. I have a global scrip to autoreply to the
requester on a new ticket. On the queue the ticket is sent to, I have a
local scrip OnCreate->NotifyWatchers->NewTicketInfo (queue specific
template). I have 10 RT users set as Admin Watchers. The mail is going
to the requester, but nothing is being sent to the watchers, although it
shows committed in the RT debug file.
Note - This doesn’t seem to happen to every message. Some are acted upon
fine, others just never get sent to the Watchers.

…realized that the entire structure of the net could be changed to be made
more efficient, elegant, and spontaneously make more money for everyone
involved. It’s a marvelously simple diagram, but this form doesn’t have a way
for me to draw it. It’ll wait. -Adam Hirsch
