Lost Take link in '10 Newest Unowned Tickets'

I’ve been trying to add the link back in but instead of it listing in the ‘Show
Columns:’ field as “loc(Take)” it shows as “id”. How do I get it to say
“loc(Take)” again?

In order to restore the Take link You have to edit
share/html/Search/Elements/BuildFormatString file and add loc(Take) to
the @fields array. After doing this simply restart apache and edit
settings of the 10 Newest Unowned Tickets. There will be a take option
to add (remember to add it as a take link).

Definitely helped. Thanks.

New but, unimportant, question now. When I add it to the display, it is given a
header that says “id”. I remember before I lost there wasn’t any header. I’ve
tried using a blank space in the Title field when adding it to the display
column but it didn’t help. Any suggestions for this?
