--localstatedir in rt's configure has no effect?

Hi.

I’ve been trying to configure rt 3.0.6 to store logs
and state info in a directory other then $PREFIX/var using
–localstatedir=/var/foo. It seems like it has no effect
on $PREFIX/etc/RT_Config.pm and $PREFIX/lib/RT.pm.

The etc/ directory is defined with --sysconfdir and the lib/ one with
–libdir but theses options will affect all files stored into theses two
directories.
Take a look at config.layout too, it may help you putting things were
you want to.
