Is there a way to keep the line/message formatting (even in plain text)
for things put into the custom field? I have a custom field that I use to
store packet captures/session data and it looks as though all of the
formatting is stripped when it gets put into the db, making the eventual
ticket look most confusing. I didn’t see any options to keep the
formatting of the submitted contents on field creation, nor have I noticed
any flags in the configuration that would allow this.
What simple task/trick have I managed to miss thing time? grin
