Do you have any idea is there a limit for results when downloading ticket search result? For example, If the result rows are over 100k, I still can download spreadsheet, then open the downloaded tsv file, there is only about 10k rows in the file. I have no idea where is the rest of 90k rows. I don’t think there is no row limit. But, at the most button of the tsv file show internal server error in tag.
Might be a server timeout since that is likely a long running process. Do you know what your Apache timeout configs are set to?
