Limit rows in dashboard

Hi, I want to have the top 10 results for a query to show in a dashboard. I’ve set the “Rows per page” for the query to 10, but when the query is embedded in a dashboard, it shows 50 rows. That’s slightly odd as there are 51 matching rows, so it’s not showing ALL the results.

How can I limit it the display in the dashboard to 10 rows (or, ideally, 5 rows)?

Thanks,
Keith

A bit late to the party, but better late then never I guess?

As mentioned in this thread[1], you can change the number of rows in the subscription tab. However, this will only affect your own view of the dashboard, and not other users.

I’ve created an issue at issue.bestpractical.com for this, so lets hope it gets fixed!
