As said by Pedro_Pereira in Changing life cycle of an existing Queue if I change the Lifecycle to a queue, all tickets in the old statuses will change to the new statuses if a Map is configured between them.
That’s not happening to me
I’ve created a new Lifecycle, restarted the server, set it in the queue configuration… but all the tickets still show the old statuses. I’ve check this in the database also.
Is there any sync or missing step after changing the Lifecycle I must follow in order to set the correct statuses to all tickets associated to the queue?
