I’m a relatively new user of RTIR and I wanted to know if RTIR uses LDAP?

Hello everyone,

I’m a relatively new user of RTIR and I wanted to know if RTIR uses LDAP?

RTIR is not special here. If you configure RT to use LDAP then RTIR
will just work with it.
