Hello!

I’ve done a quick summary of the various LDAP-for-RT implementations for
the wiki to help guide folks to the one they’d most prefer. You’ll find
it at:

I’ve also revamped the page(s) for the overlay I support:

… and will be fleshing those out a bit further in the next week.

Jim,

I know it seems like a silly question to ask, but does the LDAP overlay
work only with FastCGI or does it not matter? I was looking at
The holy grail: Single Signon RT which only uses FastCGI
and was running into some issues that I probably screwed up myself.

It doesn’t matter if RT runs with fastcgi/ mod_perl. You should still be
