My input comes from an online form, where visitors to the site request
availability on various villas which creates a ticket in the
reservations queue.
I have the villa name in the subject of the ticket but it would be a
nice touch to be able to add a keyword to the ticket from the incoming
request. Is there any code available to do that or similar?
