Keywords for helpdesk, SW, and facilities?

Hello!

I’m in much the same situation as Blair Zajac (blair@orcaware.com); I’m
setting up RT to manage several different queues, among them a helpdesk,
a software bug/sug tracker, and facilities requests, too.

So please, if you’ve got a good keyword structure you’re willing to
share, do share it with us! =]
