Keyboard shortcut problem in 4.4.1 on non-rudder theme

Hi,

I really like the new keyboard shortcuts in RT 4.4.1. They work as expected in the default theme (rudder) for 4.4.1. The scroll up/down in the search results does not have a visual indication in either web2 or aileron theme. Is this expected behavior or a bug? Thanks for any assist.

It appears that the key strokes are being seen and processed. Because if you hit some j/k’s to move in the list, a ‘r’ or ‘enter’ will bring up the ticket or the appropriate reply page. It seems like it needs a change in the style sheet.

I saw that a fix had been merged. Is there a patch for 4.4.1 and/or will it be included with the 4.4.2 release?

Hi Ken,

The fix will be included in 4.4.2 (which is currently available as a developer release). If you want to apply the fix to your RT, here’s the patch:
