Is there a setting to keep leading whitespace from being stripped when
displaying correspondence for a ticket?
We often post code or SQL snippets, and it is disconcerting for all
indents to disappear.
I know the original formatting is available by clicking the attachment
link, but it would be nice to see text formatted correctly in the
ticket summary.
