Dear community,
I have a custom field that I want to apply to the Incident Report and Incident queues (RTIR). I want the value of the custom field to be copied from the first queue to the second without user interaction. To be more precise, I would like the custom field to be pre-filled when I create a new Incident from an Incident Report (On the page /incident/create.html). I’ve done some digging but I cannot find a way to achieve this without writing some ‘hacky’ code.
Does anybody have an idea on how I could do that ?
