Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to have RT when a new ticket is created, to have it send an alert to a specific jabber (XMPP) user or to an IRC channel?

I think I’d look at irker, if you didn’t already know it existed.

It’s just code. It can do whatever you want it to do if you write the
scrip. It doesn’t do what you want out of the box.
