Issue regarding HTML/Rich Text


I am using RT 4.4.2. I have an issue regarding reply from the tickets. When user replies from the ticket, reply is wikitext and not HTML/Rich Text. I am not sure what is the problem, as WYSIWYG message composer is enabled.

Did you have same problem and what can be issue?

The HTML issue is also happening with me as well as I have tried to resolve that but did not happen and the main thing is that it should be fixed as other users will not find the issue.
