We’ve subscribed to a few Dashboards and noticed that even when there are 0 tickets the email still gets sent. Is it possible to only have that email sent when there the # of tickets is >= 1?

Yes, it is possible to set up the email notifications for the Dashboards in a way that they are sent only when there is at least one ticket (i.e., when the number of tickets is greater than or equal to 1).
