Is there a way to partly show tickets in a queue - depending on group membership

Hello all,
I try to post my question again.
We are using RT 3.0.12 on freebsd 5.3 with mysql.
And we’re very happy with that!

My question is about:

Is it possible to configure the RT
so that members of special groups only see tickets of each other in one
queue?

example:
members of

  • group-company-a
  • group-company-b
  • group-company-c

should see their own tickets (we do have that already) and only tickets
of other members of their group

in the topic-related queues

  • queue-hardware-related
  • queue-software-related

Reason for that is, that some companies don’t want to share their issues
with competitors.

Thank you very much,
Olaf Hamann
