Hi,
we often get abuse-reports, that we have to CC to the reseller (or
write a summary ourselves).
I’d like to be able to
- forward the original abuse-report to the reseller
- make this forwarded email a new ticket, with the reseller as
requestor - possibly link those to tickets
Is there an easy way to do that?
