Is there a limit for Attachments?

Someone want to add a File to a Ticket, the broblem is RT did not add
the file to the ticket (there is no Error Message).

OK, the file is big. Something around 2.5 MB.

Is there a limit and how can I change this?

Thanks,

Sounds like you need to tweak mysql’s max_packet_size parameter.
Take a look in the mysql manual.
If you can come up with a decent writeup, I’d be happy to include
it in the manual.
