Is there a bug in the text editing field for a Comment on a ticket?

I ran into something strange when updating a ticket with a new Comment.

If I paste in a URL, the text style changes it to reflect that it’s a hyperlink, but it does not revert back to normal text colors or formatting AFTER that URL. I’m using Firefox. This happens when I paste in the text directly from my clipboard and it also happens when I paste it in using all three of the Paste buttons in the Rich Text options (Paste, Paste as Plain Text, Paste from Word). I did enter a space after the URL (between the last character of the URL and the word “is” in the screenshot below). I am running 4.4.3.

Anybody have any input on this? How should I best submit this bug to BestPractical?
