No plans are needed because everything is there already. We’re using RT in
an ITIL-like framework and have created queues for Incidents, Changes,
Problems and Service Requests. We’re also using the excellent Asset Tracker
(http://atwiki.chaka.net/) module for RT that provides near textbook CMDB
functionnality to RT. What more do you need?
