Ipad app , give a ticket

Hi list,

Is there an option to give a ticket to someone from inside the ipad app ? It is possible to take a ticket , but i can’t seem to find how i can assign (give) a ticket to someone… Anyone any thoughts .

Have you tried emailing the guy about it? The shots I saw of it look
almost identical to the mobile rt site, have you checked in the reply
section of the tickets?

Anyone any clue on this ?

May be for iPad it’s easier to use full interface? I believe there is
a way to switch.
