Interesting

Yesterday, I sent a mail to vendas@rogerle.com (for the first time in
my life) and receive a
auto-reply message (they are using RT) inform my email for “login” and
an stupid password to access the web interface and see my ticket.

Question: this feature is native in RT or not? If not, someone knows
how can I do to have something equal ?
