One of the projects heading my way soon is to work with another part of
the UW to integrate with their install CA Unicenter Service Desk (a
proprietary ticketing solution). Has anyone done this before, or had
experience with USD?
I have a feeling I’m going to ‘get’ to have some fun with proprietary
