Hi,
I am currently writing an integration between OpenNMS and RT. It uses
the OpenNMS Ticketer plugin and permits to open/close tickets on the
RT side.
Following my capabilities I’ll be able to make something work but I’d
greatly appreciate if there’s anybody with better perl skills than me
would volunteer to look at the code and help to make it simpler.
