Integrating RT with Bugzilla

Hi All,

I’m trying to configure RT to notify bugzilla (to create a bug) in some
way, so that when a new ticket is created, bugzilla gets a new bug.

Is there a native way in RT that I can assign specific actions to events ?

Is RT scriptable in some way ? (I can’t find any reference to
script-ability) or am I going to have to modify RT itself for this ?

cheers
Dave

Configuration → Global → Scrips
Configuration → Queues → → Scrips

RT perl API
RT CLI
and soon RTx-(Atom/Client)

I am interested in this too. Could RTIR be used as a replacement or
alternate of bugzilla or RT would be the choice of replacement?

Vanilla RT is a very compelling replacement for Bugzilla.
