Dear all,

Is it possible to insert a screenshot image into the reply?

This worked for RT4

But I didn’t have success with RT5. I just stick to replies via email instead of replying from Ticket when I have to compose those kind of images :slight_smile:

Thanks for your reply. However, it seems not work in 4.4.4 too. The textbox was disappeared.

Possible to add the editor plugin to enable insert the screenshot?

I added a plug-in to CKEditor and pasted the image as base64, and then successfully sent the pasted image. But the pasted image cannot be displayed in RT. What can I do to solve this problem?
