Inline incoming email logos and inline images not shown in ticket history

Hi all!

I have an RT v5.0.4. A new ticket is created from incoming email (from MS Outlook) whicth
contains some sort of logos (presumably embedded image) are not shown. Only a placeholder
or an alt text displayed.

in history it figures something like
<img width=“350” height=“141” src=“cid:image003.png@01DA29BE.2D1F1DF0”>
or
<img width=“349” height=“141” src=“cid:image002.jpg@01DA29BE.2D1F1DF0” alt=“bla bla”>
Could you give a clue, config, workaround to make these inline images to be displayed correctly.
