Please kindly advise, i am new to RT and i have a number of question:
Incoming emails, get re-arranged with some images and signatures displaced. How best can i make sure emails are in an acceptable format.
Then also can i set templates for for sending out emails. As the default seems to be sending out emails that are not standard.
Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
