Hi all,
I made a fresh installation of RTIR 5.0 in a CentOS machine and when users want to resolve Incidents (doesn’t happen in incident reports) and comment the resolution the incident is closed but the comment it’s not populated on the comment area.
Any advice?

If you’re using the "Resolve’ action in the dropdown “actions” menu? I believe the comment goes on the linked incident report(s)
yeah. it goes, ur right didn’t know that. But there is any way to change that?
I believe just doing the normal comment will add some history to an incident, I am not sure how to pull apart the feature for the “resolve” action though. You could also create a new action called something like “Resolve and comment on incident” though that does what you want
