Importing Users from MS Access

Does anyone know if there is a way to import users and pertinent user
information from an MS Access database into an existing rt database?

Yes, you’ll need to write a program to import it (unless by some
strange coincidence the Access database is using RT’s schema). There
are some examples in the contrib area on fsck.com.
