I would like my setting to follow me while i navigate the rt syst em

not really a bug. rather i set my queue filter to refresh every minute,
show only open and tickets owned by me and my queue. however when i view a
ticket do some stuff then display queue again all my prefrences are lost.

It’s a known issue that will be addressed in the 1.1/2.0 webui. For now, I’d suggest
bookmarking your favorie queue views.

I’m reasonably sure that at least two of the electric blue kangeroos
I saw were real.

Well, it is a bug I think, the link says “back to queue view”, I think
“back” should mean that the preferences should be saved. Oh, well. We’ll
eventually deal with it in 1.1, eventually with personal preferenses,
cookies or something similar. It has generally been wished by really a
lot of people. I don’t know what Jesse has in his sleeves.

I don’t know if it is something in the FAQ about this. It should be, I
think I’m answering this question all over and over again.

  • You can use the back button in the browser to get back to the queue
    view.

  • You can use bookmarks and/or a HTML page with links to your favorite
    queue views.

  • it’s nice to combine refresh with either the frame version or open a new
window for each request. There is a very small change that is needed to
always open a new request in a new window, I can eventually dig up the
change if you think it’s a good idea.
