HTML::Mason / mod_perl error?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga) Linux version 2.6.18-92.el5
RT 3.8.0
httpd-2.2.30
mysql-server-5.0.4
mod_perl-2.0.4
perl 5.5.8

New user and this is a fresh install on a fresh OS.

I can log on ok, but this is what I get when I click on a link, for example ‘Search’.

take a long time, but if you need to do it, you can search for any word
in full ticket history for any word by typing fulltext:word.
