Html in correspondance

Hello,

When including some html code in a correspondance in RT (not by mail) the code is “cut”.

For example if I reply to a ticket and write :

Hello

Rt displays in ticket history :

I don’t kown how this can be solved ?

Our RT is 4.4.2.
